VPS Lagging

Well, trying to restart the VPS but it's acting it doesn't want to. Sakra, please restart the VPS since my internet is acting up at this moment.

I'm here! I'll do it in a second, lemee shower.
Edit: Minecraft was lagging hard, something about it wasn't keeping up with System Time, shut it down, I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Restarted VPS anyways, as well.
Edit2: Need someone else to restart GunZ, idk how.

It was because my internet wouldn't connect to it because it was laggy. xD!
